In 2016, Foreclosed Studios opened its door, occupying multiple foreclosed houses for recording, mixing and mastering. Over the next 7 years, the studio has had locations in Midland Park, NJ, Waldwick, NJ, Fort Washington, PA, and now resides in Hatfield, PA.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including voice over, recording, mixing, mastering, and production. Our state-of-the-art hybrid set up enables the speed and recall ability of digital, combined with the warmth and color of analogue gear.

The interface is the heartbeat of the studio. A/d and D/a conversion is accomplished through an Apollo Quad 8 and an Apogee Ensemble - both units highly regarded in the studios around the world.

Need a voiceover for your commercial, audiobook, or podcast? Our studio is equipped to record high-quality voiceovers for any project. Our team of  will work with you to ensure you get the perfect take.

We have over a decade (in some cases almost two) using Avid Protools, Ableton Live, and Apples Logic X. We prefer to mix and master in Protools, however we can accept project files to each of the DAWs previously mentioned.

We offer live recording services for bands, besides live drums. There are multiple locations that can be arranged to accomplish this in a proper drum room. We are however equipped to record vocals, guitar, bass, synth, trumpet, anything else you can throw at us!
